I am Maegan Grills and am a bonus mom to an incredible young man and birth mamma to a spunky little babe.

I have always been drawn to Reiki, crystals and holistic practices, which is why I decided to start The Celestial Root.

I am certified in Holy Fire Reiki Level I and II and in the process of completing my course to become a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner, which means I will be certified in Reflexology and will specialize in Fertility and Maternity and I will also be a certified Birth Doula.

I am excited to share information on the benefits of Reiki, Reflexology and Crystals and how implementing one or all of these things into your life can be more than an indulgence but can easily become a part of your self care regiment.

Reflexology, Reflexologist

Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to specific organs, glands and body systems. By stimulating these reflex points, I aim to promote healing, relaxation and balance in the body. 
Can be used to help a wide range of conditions, including stress, anxiety, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and chronic pain. 

Reiki

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Deeply relaxing, the treatment is usually done fully clothed, lying down or seated. Reiki can also be performed to balance chakras.
