About the event
Join Jules and Alexis for 4 weeks to explore Movement and Stillness in relation to the Mind, Body, Soul and Environment. This journey will awaken your senses and awareness, bringing you home to yourself. During each session you will be guided through gentle movements and supported by mindfulness exercises. This 4 week series is open to anyone seeking to deepen their relationship with themselves holistically.
