Perhaps you have heard about reiki or energy healing but don't have any idea what it is. Or you have taken some courses but haven't practiced it for awhile. We believe in learning through practice. 

So, you’ll have the chance to refine your Reiki skills in a warm and encouraging environment. But it’s not just about techniques; it’s a healing and understanding what energy is and how it effects each of us. 

You will each have a chance to learn how to recieve energy and how to give energy.
