About the event
The Realm Kids experience is to give children the power to calm their nervous systems, become present in their bodies with tools that they will be able to use and harness throughout their life. This is a fun and empowering experience, which will give them the skills to navigate life in a more easeful, conscious way. Our children are the future and it is our intention to help them step into a future being heart led, with widsom and tools to help move through life’s stresses and equally, a celebration of life’s joys. For many of us, meditation is something we practiced later in life. But imagine if we started experiencing its benefits at a much younger age: could it have helped us navigate the emotional highs and low of life. Meditation reaches the whole child, this includes the physical, emotional and spiritual, social and cognitive aspects of the child’s life. We teach children quietness as a skill to reflect and recharge their inner self. We are two moms, we are energy healing practitioners and meditation guides set out to empower children worldwide with the skills to teach meditation. Our vision is simple…to teach children how to reduce their anxiety by focusing mindfully on their breath. To help them release worries by using their imagination in way of a guided meditation and accessing mindful activities that reduce stress and anxiety. This is about an investment in your future, your child’s future. This is about learning skills the skills for life. They learn self care for their mental health and they feel empowered to cope with all the challenges they will face.
