Intuitive Meditation Experiences, we guide women to reimagine meditation, to include the sacred practices that calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and connect with spirit.  There is real power in women gathering in circle, a cosmic force that allows us to open. When we seek for truth, we feel supported, we can be vulnerable and we hold space for each other.
Our collective healing experience is a co-creation of many tools including breath work, meditative guidance, sound & colour therapy, activations and energy healing to calm and replenish our nervous systems, so you can release stress and come into ourselves in a balanced and connected way.
