About the event
This 90 minute restorative practice will begin with 30 minutes of gentle flowing movements that connect with the breath, lubricate joints, reduce tension, quiet the mind and prepare you for the rest poses.Â
The rest poses include holding comfortable supported positions for 2-10 minutes allowing the body to settle into stillness and deep relaxation. Music, guided meditation and hands-on adjustments/massage are included.
