A: Nope! Food is included in Phase 1 to help with weight loss. In Phases 2 and 3, we reintroduce whole foods and teach you how to eat for life.
Q: Can I still go out to eat?
A: Yes! We’ll coach you through smart choices and help you navigate real-life situations like restaurants, events, and holidays.
