This bath detox works by reverse osmosis, pulling toxins out of your body into the bath water.
 
Directions: Run bath water as hot as you can tolerate, pour in entire detox package (or your desired amount) while water is running.
Add essential oils if you desire.
Soak in tub until water reaches same temp as your body, this is when the toxins get pulled out.
