What to Expect Before Your Initial Consultation To ensure your first appointment is as personalized and effective as possible, you'll receive a health intake form prior to your scheduled time. This form must be completed and returned no later than 4:00 PM the day before your appointment. I will also require a recent full-body photo, taken within 48 hours of your appointment. Please ensure the photo includes only you, with a clear background (no other people, pets, or visual distractions), and that you take up the majority of the frame. Before our call, I will thoroughly review your intake form, perform a complete muscle testing assessment remotely, and prepare a personalized supplement and wellness protocol based on my findings. Your initial consultation is booked for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of my time, with about 45 minutes spent speaking with you directly over the phone. The time you are booking is for the phone call only. Once your appointment is booked, I will send you the form and instructions that are to be submitted to be 48 hours prior to this set appointment.
