As a Natural Health Practitioner, BioEnergetic Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and a Registered Nurse, I look for root causes to all symptoms and ailments the body is experiencing and start to create balance in the body. Clients receive the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.

Helping clients make sustainable yet effective change to achieve optimal health by choosing foods that fuel the body to function the way it was designed to.

We guide women to reimagine meditation, to include the sacred practices that calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and connect with spirit.

 I am certified in Holy Fire  Reiki Level I and II and in the process of completing my course to become a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner, which means I will be certified in Reflexology and will specialize in Fertility and Maternity and I will also be a certified Birth Doula.
