Service Description
A natural health assessment involves evaluating an individual's well-being using holistic methods, considering physical, mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors to promote natural healing and balance. Non Invasive Contact Reflex Analysis (muscle testing) will help determine this. During the initial consult, we will go through a questionnaire, do the muscle testing, and create a customized supplement plan for you. On going support and health coaching is given to you during the weeks following.
